Indexa-V Drill is a self locking/self centering drill with
a unique "V" pocket.

This pocket ensures that the axial thrust is directed through the centre of the tool holder, thus generating greater drilling stability, better size control, and better surface finish.

Indexa-V drilling inserts are completely ground on 5 axis robotic C.N.C. grinding equipment. Our innovative point geometries being controlled from the "V" location give unsurpassed indexing accuracy. Our inserts can be changed on the machine thus eliminating tool off sets or repositioning of drilling depths, necessary with solid carbide drills.

Indexa-V Drill Products are available "off the shelf" tools with the capability of DRILL, CHAMFER and BACK CHAMFER, all on one tool!!

All our tool holders are "COOLANT THROUGH" to facilitate chip removal and faster feed rates.
